1982
Humble Beginnings
The journey of Bajrang Namkeen Bhandar begins with Satkar Uphargruh, a snacks store and tea stall set up by two brothers, Late Mr. Laxminarayan Rathi and Mr. Prahlad Das Rathi in Bagh. With just 5 kgs of Sev produced daily, Satkar Uphargruh becomes a local favorite, paving the way for bigger dreams.
1987-88
The Transformation
Recognizing the growing market demand for their delicious snacks, the brothers transformed Satkar Uphargruh into a manual manufacturing unit, Bajrang Namkeen Bhandar (BNB). With expanded production capabilities, BNB soon becomes a household name in the region.
1997
Embracing Technology
To keep up with the overwhelming demand for their products, BNB evolved into a semi-automatic manufacturing plant. The shift marks a new era in production efficiency and scale, propelling the business to new heights.
2009
Rathi Gold Inception
The inception of Rathi Gold marked the beginning of a new era, one where the brand would be recognized not only for its name but also for its promise of delivering a premium namkeen range in every corner of India.
2017
Strengthening Sales
Continuing the tradition of family involvement, BNB begins to capture an even larger market share, expanding its presence in neighboring states like Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and so forth.
2023
Diversification and Development
The focus on quality remains steadfast with plans to establish an in-house lab for daily quality checks of both raw materials and finished products.
2024
Towards Full Automation
As part of its commitment to excellence in 2024, Bajrang Namkeen Bhandar (BNB) upgraded its plant to be fully automated. As a result, Rathi Gold's production capacity increased from 1 tonne to 15 tonnes, resulting in zero errors and improved efficiency. In addition to reduce water pollution and promote sustainable practices, BNB also established a water treatment plant and garden within its facility.

The Making of Rathi Gold Namkeens 

Selecting Finest Ingredients

Handpick the finest-quality gram flour, spices, and oils, creating the perfect foundation.

Mixing the Dough

Blend ingredients into a smooth dough, ready to be shaped into delightful forms. 

Shaping & Extruding

Place the dough into a Bhujia machine extruder to form it into various Namkeen shapes. 

Frying to Perfection

The shaped dough is then fried to perfection in hot oil till golden hue that signals crispy namkeen. 

Sprinkling the Magic

Once fried, drain excess oil and season the Namkeen with a blend of spices, herbs, or other flavorings. 

Sealing the Freshness 

Let them settle and package the Namkeen in airtight packages, preserving its crispness and flavors for you to enjoy.
