Job Description :

Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets within the assigned territory.
Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, market segments, and customer accounts to maximize sales growth and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met.
Conduct regular market visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop promotional campaigns, launch new products, and address customer feedback.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management to form decision-making.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
