- 1 cup Rathi Gold Hara Dhaniya Poha Mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup finely chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup boiled and diced potatoes
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1tsp lemon juice
Method
- In a giant mixing bowl, add Rathi Gold Hara Dhaniya Poha Mix.
- Add the chopped onions, tomatoes, and boiled potatoes to the bowl.
- Sprinkle chaat masala – Mix thoroughly.
- Gently squeeze lemon over and garnish with fresh coriander.
