Ingredients
- 2 cup Rathi Gold Ratlami Sev
- 1 bowl chopped tomatoes, onion & green chilies
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- Oil
- 1tsp cumin seeds
- Spices as per taste (Salt, turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder)
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
Method
- In a pan, heat the oil and add cumin seeds.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chilies, and paste. (Cook until the tomatoes soften)
- Add spices as per taste mix them well and let them cook until oil separates.
- Add Rathi Gold Ratlami Sev to the cooked sabji and garnish with coriander.
