Maharashtrian Misal Pav

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rathi Gold Sangam Mix Namkeen
  • 2 cups boiled mixed bean sprouts
  • 2 cup finely chopped veggies (Tomatoes,onions,chilies)
  • 2 cup boiled and diced potatoes
  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp cumin & mustard seeds
  • 5-7 fresh curry & coriander leaves
  • Spices as per taste (Salt, red chili, cumin & turmeric powder)
  • 4 bread pav

Method

  • Heat oil in a pan, crackle mustard seeds, and add cumin seeds.
  • Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomatoes, garlic paste, salt and other spices as per taste.
  • Add sprouted moth beans and potatoes enough water to cover them.
  • Cook until the beans are soft, and the gravy is thick.
  • Cut the pav buns in half, and serve Rathi Gold Sangam Mix namkeen covered. misal, garnished with coriander leaves.
