Ingredients
- 1tsp Oil
- 1 cup Rathi Gold Tomato Sev
- Finely chopped onions
- Finely chopped coriander leaves
- Spices as per taste (Red chili powder, chaat masala and salt)
- 1.5 cup wholewheat flour
- 1 cup water
Method
- In a bowl, gradually add water, wheat flour and knead to form a soft dough.
- In another bowl, combine the spices, green chilies, onion, and Rathi Gold Tomato Sev for stuffing.
- Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and roll them out into small disks.
- Spoon the stuffing and grated cheese onto dough disks, seal the edges.
- Roll out the parathas as evenly as possible.
- Heat a frying pan and grease it with oil.
- Cook the paratha, spooning oil over and around it, until both sides are slightly browned.

- In bowl, mix mashed potatoes, veggies, salt and chaat masala for topping.
- Place the topping mixture in each puri equally.
- Drizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney over each puri.

- 1 bowl chopped Veggies (Cabbage, capsicum, tomato, onion, etc.)

- Fresh coriander leaves
- Tortillas or roti wraps
Method
- Heat oil and Sauté onion until golden.
- Add your favorite veggies, paste and spices.

- Oil

Method
- In a pan, heat the oil and add cumin seeds.
- Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes, chilies, and paste. (Cook until the tomatoes soften)
- Add spices as per taste mix them well and let them cook until oil separates.
- Add Rathi Gold Ratlami Sev to the cooked sabji and garnish with coriander.
