Farali Khichdi

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rathi Gold Farali Meetha Chivda (spiced)
  • 200 gm soaked sabudana
  • 2 cup finely chopped veggies (tomatoes, chilies, beetroot, boiled potatoes)
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 cup chopped mint leaves
  • Few roasted peanuts
  • 1tbsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat ghee or oil in a pan and add cumin seeds over medium heat
  • Once they start to crackle, add chopped green chilies and all veggies.
  • Add the drained sabudana and coarsely roasted peanuts to the pan.
  • Add salt to taste and cook, stirring continuously, until the sabudana turns translucent.
  • Turn off the heat, add lemon juice top it with a handful of Rathi Gold Farali Chivda.

Spicy Farali Bhel

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Rathi Gold Farali Chivda Tikkha
  • 2 cup finely chopped veggies (tomatoes, chilies, beetroot, boiled potatoes)
  • 1tbsp green and tamarind chutney
  • 1 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • In a giant mixing bowl, add Rathi Gold Farali Chevda Tikkha Mix.
  • Add the chopped veggies and boiled potatoes to the bowl.
  • Add the tamarind chutney and green-minty chutney in mixture.
  • Sprinkle some salt for taste and garnish with fresh coriander.
